  • Suitable for wheelchair users and those with little or no lower body mobility
  • Ideal for those wanting to improve upper body strength without putting pressure on the lower body

Following on from the trials upper body trial sessions Mindset-Massage have taken feedback from those with limited or no lower body mobility and are delighted to announce the launch of our Upper Body Only Exercise Classes.

These fun sessions, lasting around 40 minutes will consist of:

  • A warm up routine
  • Aerobic and Strengthening Exercises to some popular tunes
  • Cool down/stretch
  • Relaxation

Sessions are £3.75 on a ‘pay as you go’ basis – (includes up to 2 people per household).

Upon registration you will receive an email containing details for secure payment options.
Once payment is received a confirmation of your booking with a link to join the session will be sent.
